Terry currently manages financials for ten Homeowners Associations and more than 100 owners with single family and multifamily properties. She provides daily bookkeeping assistance for each of the property supervisors and their assistants. Her responsibilities are: preparing owners month-end financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank deposits, as well as handling the processing of collections and new vendors. She has been instrumental in developing and maintaining great relationships with owners and vendors. Terry and her husband are active volunteers at their local church. In her spare time, she loves to travel.
