Debi was born and raised in Fresno, Ca, but lived in Madera for 10 years. Debi has been married to her husband Rick for 30 years, with 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. Debi is a licensed Real Estate Agent with 34 years of property management experience and has worked in all areas of multi-family housing. Debi started as an on-site resident manager, and worked her way up to Property Supervisor, overseeing as many as 17 properties, and up to 1200 units , with a staff of 28 customer service professionals. Debi brings to the Regency Team, knowledge in section 42, ACC, RDA, HOME, and conventional property management. Debi oversees a large portion of Regency's multi-family apartment portfolio. Debi works directly with the owners and site staff to provide the best in customer service to our residents. Debi takes pride in providing excellence in both internal and external customer service.
