Arlene is a proud and seasoned veteran of 18 years in the HOA industry and holds the esteemed Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation and stays up to date with the Davis-Stirling Act and all California HOA laws. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Arlene specializes in customer service, and problem solving for her valued clients. She enjoys all aspects of working as a Community Association Manager including mentoring fellow aspiring managers and strives to make Regency Property Management a leading HOA management team in the Central Valley. In her spare time, Arlene enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new cuisines and relaxing at central coast beaches.
