She earned the esteemed Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation. The PCAM® designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.  She loves working with all aspects of a homeowner’s association. Elena has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Elena enjoys her home-based small business bakery and traveling with family in her spare time.
