With over 30 years in customer service and hospitality management, Daniel has worked in HOA community management for over ten years.  As a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), and Association Management Specialist (AMS®), his knowledgeable and enthusiastic approach for working closely with homeowners, vendors, and Board members demonstrates his commitment to HOA management. Daniel makes himself available to address any issues in the HOAs he manages, and has experience with facilities management, budgeting, and keeps up to date with Davis-Stirling and California HOA law. Daniel was born in San Diego, and has worked as a consultant throughout much of the southwest, and midwest. He has raised two boys, and enjoys gardening, teaching guitar, and riding his bike to yoga.
