Instructions

Please log into the TWA portal to submit a service order.

Maintenance requested will be checked hourly during normal business hours and addressed as soon as possible. A maintenance employee will call the provided tenant number when they’re on the way to the property. It may come from a private or blocked number so please make sure to answer the maintenance call; if you are unable to answer they will not come to your property.

*If no persons 18 years or older is at the property at the scheduled time of service, there will be a charge to the tenant when the maintenance employee arrives.

*Any damage that is caused by tenant may result in a charge to the tenant, including, but not limited to labor and materials.
