Holding / Security Deposits
It’s important that you view the property BEFORE applying, as processing fees are non-refundable. Check out our tenant screening criteria to be sure you qualify. If you have any questions regarding your qualifications, please speak with a property manager before applying.
Holding Deposit payment must be paid within 72 hours once your application has been approved in order to hold the rental property. Once you pay the deposit, it becomes non-refunded-able should you choose not to execute a rental agreement and move into the property. Upon execution of rental agreement, the holding deposit becomes your security deposit. Any balance of security deposit not covered by the holding deposit will be required at move in, in the form of cashier’s check or money order.
